Issuing a trouble ticket for any problems you may have is very easy! Please follow the step by step instructions below.

Step One:
In the address bar of your internet browser of choice (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc) type in:

yourdomainname.com/cpanel

Be sure though you type in your actual url domain name for your website where we say "yourdomainname.com".

 

Step Two:
Login to your Control Panel using the username and password you were emailed when you signed up for hosting.

 

Step Three:
When you log in - you will see there is a menu to the left hand side of the screen. Look for the button that says "Trouble Ticket" and click on it. It will look like this:



Step Four:
To issue a new trouble ticket - click on the "New Ticket" button. This will take you to a page that has a form on it that will look like this:

You must go through and fill out the form. Please be sure to provide us with as much details as possible in relation to the problem or question. The more information and specifics we receive - the faster it is to troubleshoot and resolve an issue. Once you have finished filling in the form - please click on "Create Ticket" button.

 

Step Five:
Once you have created a trouble ticket - you will be redirected to a page that contains a listing of trouble tickets. The trouble ticket listing will look like this:

If you wish to review your trouble tickets and to review any responses made in relation to it - just select the trouble ticket and click on the "View" button. This will direct you to a page providing you with the details you entered to start the trouble ticket and any responses made by Fusion Access.

You can also see a quick view summary of any trouble tickets when you intially log into your Control Panel. On the right hand side of the screen there will be a little table that looks like this:

New Tickets - Tickets you have entered and are waiting to be processed.
Pending Tickets - Means FusionAccess is working on your touble ticket.
Closed Tickets - The trouble ticket has been resolved.
